1Cruise.com Inc. will pay a referral commission of $5 for leads resulting in the purchase
of a cruise cabin that can be tracked through the use of "cookies". 1Cruise.com Inc. is not responsible
to pay commission on leads that might be generated by users without the ability to receive "cookies".
The referral "cookies" are only set for the active session and will be lost if the visitor returns at
a later date without going through the referring link.
Multiple cabin reservations resulting from a single referral will result in a corresponding
referral amount. (2 Cabins = $10, 3 Cabins = $15, 100 Cabins = $500, etc.)
Affiliates will receive monthly payouts from 1Cruise.com Inc. when affiliate commissions
total $25 or more. Commissions amounts due totaling less than $25 will roll over for payment to the next month.
Payment will only be authorized only after passengers complete travel. This can range from 1 week to over a year
from time of referral. Affiliates with commission balances at the end of each calendar year will be paid out even
if there is less than $25 due.
Affiliates will be required to provide a Social Security Number SSN# or Tax ID number prior
to the payment of any commissions.
1Cruise.com Inc. is not in any way responsible or liable for accuracy or legality of the
affiliates site content, its operation or its link to our site. Further, you have independently evaluated the desirability
of participating in our affiliate agreement and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other
than set forth in this agreement.
We reserve the right to not accept web sites that may not be viewed as complimentary to our
site. Web sites with sexually explicit material or that advocate discrimination based on race, sexual orientation,
religion, sex, or physical ability will automatically be excluded.
1Cruise.com Inc. grants each site that we accept as affiliate a nonexclusive, revocable right
to use the button, banner or text description for linking to our site while they are participating in our affiliation
program.
This affiliation agreement can be terminated by either party without cause and without notice.
Commissions will only be earned during the period when the affiliation agreement is in force. If an affiliate terminates
their participation in the program before all commissions are paid, all payments will be made as per the original
agreement.
Affiliates will not be provided with statistics about referrals as they are not captured
by our system at this time.
1Cruise.com Inc. retains the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at
any time. Changes will not be retroactive. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your recourse will be termination
of your participation in our affiliate program. Continued participation will constitute acceptance of the modifications.
Nothing in this agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, franchise, sales representative
or employment relationship between the affiliate and our company.
By setting up a 1Cruise.com Inc. affiliate link to our site, you acknowledge that you have
read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
