spanning a three deck atrium cover. A slanted wall of glass, the surface of

cocoon that houses a European Spa and fitness center. A transparent

dome that lets the sky pour into the nightclub by day and becomes a

sea-going planetarium by night. A restaurant with wide-windowed views
